At the Silver Willow Supportive Living site in Nanton, we provide personal and professional care services in Designated Supportive Living for clients with needs that fall within the psychosocial, physiological, health related behavior, and environmental domains. Supportive Living (SL) is recruiting a Registered Nurse in a role of a Case Manager to coordinate placement, assessments of ongoing referral needs, care planning (both complex and annual), and delivery of professional and personal care services to our clients.

Note: the Silver Willow Lodge is located in Nanton - approximately 90km South of Calgary - but it is a beautiful drive!
