REGISTERED NURSE (RN), POST ANESTHETIC RECOVERY

Overview

Registered Nurse (Staff RN), PACU – University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC). The Staff RN, PACU provides nursing care in an acute clinical setting and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care. The role is practiced in accordance with the Vision, Values, Ethics and Standards of the organization and of the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), within a patient- and family-centered care model. The Staff RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of client-centered care and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.
