Rady Children’s offers pediatric urgent care services throughout San Diego County, with Urgent Care sites located in La Mesa, Mid-City/City Heights, Chula Vista, Escondido, and Oceanside. With each Urgent Care site open 365 days a year, 4pm to 10pm weekdays and 1pm to 10pm on weekends, our sites are fast paced, serving an average of 60,000 pediatric patients a year. Our staff members, which include pediatric physician specialists and nurses are educated and trained to care for the special needs of children.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Nurse II collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Responsible for independently applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of pediatric patient care.
