+ Monday 8 AM to 4 PM

+ Tuesday 8 AM to 4 PM

+ Wednesday 12 PM to 8 PM

+ Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM

+ Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

JOB SUMMARY:

+ Deliver professional care and services to SERV consumers

+ Utilize the nursing process documentation and communication skills to collaborate with physicians and other team members

+ Accountable for leadership of staff as assigned, delegating and coordinating nursing care to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
