Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse working within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will take the lead as you will:

• Be responsible and accountable for decisions and actions in the provision and management of nursing care for patients
• Assess, monitor and provide care for sick neonates in a 2C level NICU
• Maintain familiarity with hospital, college and unit policies as well as unit procedures
• Deliver customer and family focused care
• Commit to working cooperatively within the Women’s and Children’s Program
