Enhance community health as a Registered Nurse with Assisted Living Alberta in the Edmonton zone. This role focuses on delivering nursing services, case management, and client-centered care.
As part of the Home Living team, you will provide vital support to clients across all life stages. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you'll assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality nursing practices. The position requires specialized skills in cardiac care, IV therapy, and wound care within the Short-Term Intervention Team.
