Join the Schulich Heart Program as a Registered Nurse, providing exceptional care for patients with heart failure. Your expertise in cardiology will be essential for holistic patient management.
In this role, you will engage directly with outpatients, providing crucial assessments and patient education. Your responsibilities will include administering therapies and collaborating with the Transfusion Medicine team. You will also manage the Medly application, ensuring patients receive timely support and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage referrals and assist with administrative tasks
• Provide direct patient care including iron transfusions
• Monitor and update patient records in the Medly system
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Provide post-clinic support for patients via phone assessments

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
