Elevate maternal health by joining Royal Columbian Hospital’s part-time Maternity team as a Registered Nurse with Lactation Services in New Westminster, B.C. Help mothers achieve breastfeeding goals through expert support.
In this role, you will provide crucial education and assistance to both expectant and postpartum mothers, guiding them in their breastfeeding journey. You will analyze breastfeeding challenges and create tailored care plans, while also contributing to a supportive healthcare environment through collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate expectant mothers on breastfeeding techniques
• Assist in diagnosing and solving breastfeeding challenges
• Support mothers in initiating and maintaining lactation
• Document patient records and evaluate intervention success
• Share expertise with other healthcare professionals

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
