This position is for our Extendicare Fort Macleod Home, located in Fort Macleod, Alberta.

Available opportunities include Part‑time/Casual; Day/Evening/Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident complex care plans, including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work.

Qualifications

• Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN).
