Overview
The Regional Vice President of Corporate Wealth will lead and manage a team of financial and servicing advisors who provide financial planning and investment solutions to employees of corporate clients. The RVP is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client service, compliance, and productivity while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team. Advisor Practice Support: Oversee a territory of advisor practices, providing ongoing coaching, strategic guidance, and business‑planning support aligned with organizational goals. Improve productivity, client acquisition, and retention strategies and serve as the primary liaison with head office functions. Sales Growth & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase assets under management and client penetration.
