Job Description
Maximize efficiency as a Regional Supply and Transportation Administrator at Superior Propane. This hybrid role involves invoice processing, discrepancy investigation, and purchase order management.
Responsible for daily processing and tracking of invoice registers, you will report directly to the Finance Supervisor. Strong attention to detail and experience with data management are essential. Key skills include inventory reconciliation, effective communication with carriers, and proficiency in the ADDS system. This position supports both internal teams and external clients through managing product listings and ensuring precise invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review inventory warehouses for negative balances
• Receipt SP truck loads and delivered propane in ADDS
• Investigate discrepancies with carriers or SGL
• Create purchase orders for bulk propane in ADDS
• Reconcile outstanding purchase orders daily
