The Regional Supervisor, Child and Family Services ensures the effective delivery of both prevention and protection based services by providing leadership through clinical supervision and administrative oversight to front line Community Social Services Workers and Family Community Social Workers and doing regular quality assurance and quality improvement through monitoring, evaluation and the facilitation of training and support.

The overall function of this position is to ensure children, families and communities receive equitable, culturally safe based access and quality of service provision from staff.
