Regional Ref Senior Manager - Lad North

As a Regional Facilities Senior Manager for the LAD East region, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our internal employees and ensuring all properties are aligned with local, state, and federal agencies.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager with expertise and passion to lead a team of diverse & experienced professionals committed to collaborating with customers, senior leaders, vendors, and others.
In this role, you will work on-site with various business units and projects to deliver state-of-the-art workspaces.
- Supervise all aspects of multiple commercial buildings occupied by Oracle; this includes all building and grounds maintenance.
Handle the operating costs, capital expenditures, and overall financial health of all properties within the LAD East portfolio.
