Regional Produce Purchasing Supervisor

Position Summary

The National Produce Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for executing the Fresh Produce Category strategy within the assigned region. They lead a team of Divisional Produce Buyers, oversee day‑to‑day replenishment, vendor management, and regional inventory health. The role ensures cost competitiveness and drives profitable growth by bridging national strategy with local execution. Responsibilities include meeting KPI targets for sales dollars, cases, margin, brand and product mix, fill rate, liquidation, market relevance, and cost competitiveness through a defined mix of sourcing solutions (e.g., Markon, Specialty Companies, local/regional partners).

Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 plus a 15% bonus potential.
