Job Description
As a **Regional Partner Account Manager** you will lead and grow Philips’ distributor relationships across Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Albania. You’ll be the strategic driver of distributor performance, shaping the mid‑term vision and turning that strategy into a practical roadmap that creates measurable commercial advantage.
**You are responsible for**
+ Drive regional sales to maximize OIT and revenue while gaining and maintaining market intelligence to achieve market‑share ambitions.
+ Own price realization, margin management and product‑mix decisions to optimize profitability.
+ Develop clear, achievable country strategies and tactical plans based on segmentation and customer needs; ensure uncompromised implementation of Philips business processes, quality standards and conduct.
