Identifies and develops programs and initiatives aimed at eliminating local employment barriers.
- Creates and executes plans, based upon data to implement scalable hiring strategies for geographies.
- Owns the establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with centers-of-influence and select workforce organizations.
Builds and fosters workforce development relationships that demonstrate return on investment.
- Gains and maintains awareness of labor markets and their impact on Amazon's near and long-term hourly staffing needs.
- Develops internal partnerships with the ability to influence internal stakeholders, CG Channel Managers, Marketing and Staffing Management Field teams; public policy teams (state and local); public relations teams; local operations and HR teams; to ensure alignment.
