Regional Operations Leader

Indie Campers is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Lead to oversee operations across multiple locations in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years in operations or logistics with a proven record of managing teams and driving performance. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with processes, monitoring KPIs, and leading a team of Operations Analysts. Fluency in English is mandatory, and the role requires frequent travel within the region.
