Regional Manager, Indigenous Banking

Position Summary

Regional Manager – Indigenous Banking – Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Hours: 37.5; Salary Range: $92,100 – $130,000 CAD.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Regional Manager and AVP to deliver the Indigenous Banking Strategy.
• Provide support and leadership in Indigenous Banking Strategy, credit risk, business analysis, reporting and special projects.
• Act as strategic partner to the leadership team on portfolio management, identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Participate in working committees to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain active, cooperative relationships with key internal and external business partners.
• Provide support, leadership and coaching to Business Banking partners and regional managers to enhance knowledge, confidence and awareness of Indigenous Peoples and banking.
