• Oversee daily operations of 1,500+ rental units
• Train site staff on superior customer service standards
• Inspect properties regularly for maintenance and standards
• Analyze financial performance and approve budgets
• Manage resident relations and address complaints promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management role
• Business degree, ideally in real estate discipline
