Job Summary
: Regional Maintenance Manager, this role will have facilities and project management experience with additional health and safety / environmental skills to deliver strategic and technical support to the business pertaining to our responsibilities to customers. This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing teams, technical processes, and projects.Responsibilities:
Develop a high-performance team of supervisors and individual contributors, a strong technical problem-solving ability, excellent project management skills, and an internal motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment
Develop viable contingency plans considering staffing, expertise, parts, and materials.
