This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to engage and enable their front-line team. Combined with assisting the Superintendent in delivering safely the planned operational performance of the Jilalan Wagon facility .   

Working a rotating shift roster - your role will consist of the following key responsibilities: 

• Engage and enable our teams in delivering safely by ensuring the plan is well designed, resourced and our people are well informed of risks.
