Regional Learning Manager, Amazon Customer Excellence System (Aces) (Cuauhtémoc)

The Amazon Operation team in Mexico team is seeking an experienced, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed Regional Learning Manager to lead the ACES Learning initiatives across multiple delivery stations. This role will be responsible for the strategic execution of learning and development initiatives that support core business objectives for our Operations teams. The position requires working with internal stakeholders to design, plan, implement and execute training programs that accelerate business growth and ensure operational excellence.
