Regional HR Operations Lead
Job Description
We’re expanding our capabilities across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re hiring a Regional HR Operations Leader to play a critical role in establishing and embedding Precision’s HR Operations model across the region. Working as part of a connected global HR Operations leadership team, the Regional Lead ensures consistent, compliant, and employee-centered delivery of HR services while helping to standardize and evolve processes across all regions. This role leads a team of local HR Operations Specialists and partners closely with Global HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, Legal and the Employee Relations Management Office (ERMO), and actively contributes to the global HR Operations strategy - shaping how Precision builds an agile, digitally enabled service model for the future.
