Regional Director- East Region

Overview

We are currently looking for someone to join our team in the role of Regional Director, Patient Care and Experience. This position will support our Eastern Region.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Director of Patient Care and Experience provides strategic and operational leadership and direction to a team of Directors and/or Operations Managers to maximize operational and patient/caregiver experience and outcomes. The Regional Director utilizes a business growth mindset, with a primary focus on patient experience and outcomes, to operationalize, optimize, and promote efficient, integrated, and patient-focused care delivery services.
