Green and Spiegel LLP is seeking a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Recruitment Specialist – Immigration Case Analyst to join the team. The incumbent will work closely with Immigration Case Analysts, Lawyers and our clients to ensure that the job advertisements needed for the LMIA process are completed in a timely manner and meet set guidelines.

This is a great entry‑level role for someone looking to get into immigration law.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

(70%) – Processing and Support Functions

• Overseeing the job advertisements for the LMIA process including drafting recruitment postings, selecting appropriate advertising platforms, ensuring that advertisements are consistent and monitoring expiration dates
• Determining and assessing National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes for assigned files
