Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of our end-to-end recruiting process while also supporting our growth strategy by helping identify and attract high-potential sales agents.This is not a traditional recruiting role.
We are looking for someone who can build, manage, and optimize the entire talent acquisition function from A to Z, while acting as a strategic partner to the business.
In addition to hiring internal team members, this person will play a key role in recruiting entrepreneurial sales agents who are interested in building their own business with our support.The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise, a sales mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills, with solid experience working in the U.S. market.Own the full-cycle recruiting process (A to Z): sourcing, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and supporting final hiring decisions.Manage and optimize talent sourcing channels...
