Recruiter / HR Coordinator

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Avenge Energy Services is looking for a hands-on Recruiter / HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a fully in-office position based out Avenge’s Fort Saskatchewan industrial facility , with regular travel between our Fort Saskatchewan and Nisku locations as operational needs require.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced, field-driven environment. This position reports to the HR Manager, located in Calgary, and requires occasional travel with Alberta.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Hiring

• Support full-cycle recruitment for field and shop roles (operators, labourers, drivers, etc.)
• Post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
