Job Title: Recruiter (Work with US Clients - Global Exposure)

Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews in English
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate with recruiting leads and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Meet weekly recruitment and sourcing goals

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently communicate with candidates over phone and video calls
