Job Description
Support seniors' activities as a Recreation Therapy Aide at St. Michael’s Health Group this summer. This part-time position offers hands-on experience in senior care and activity facilitation.
St. Michael's Health Group is looking for a dedicated Recreation Therapy Aide to join their team for a temporary part-time summer position. You will assist the Activities Convenor with planning activities and administrative duties, ensuring all residents feel engaged and supported. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a compassionate environment for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in the creation of monthly activity plans and newsletters
• Facilitate resident activities during the Activities Convenor's absence
• Manage administrative tasks as required
• Assist with resident outings and activities

• Current and clear Criminal Records Check
• Vulnerable Sector Check obtained no later than 90 days prior
