Job Description

• Answer phone calls in a timely, professional manner
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or extension
• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, including data entry, document sorting and shredding, and cash handling (making change)

Job Requirements

• Musician who plays at least one instrument / familiarity with musical instruments and equipment
