What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service.
• Answer and direct phone calls, and ensure messages are delivered to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information.
• Answer customer questions about services performed or refer them to the appropriate person.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, and when necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field.
