Receptionist
Job Description
- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers and other reception duties in a professional manner
- Manage reception table, customer services centre and waiting area in appropriate condition
- Assist the administration supervisor in all kinds of administration works
- 40 working hours per week excluding meal breaks
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 3
- At least 1 year customer services, receptionist or office administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, cheerful and proactive
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
