The Role Our client is seeking a polished, client-focused Receptionist to support a busy front office. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys variety, and can confidently manage phones, email inquiries, and shifting priorities. Youll support day-to-day office operations, assist with basic administrative tasks, and help keep information organized and up to date. This is a hybrid position with a rotating bi-weekly schedule coordinated with another part-time receptionist. Scheduling may adjust periodically based on operational needs.
