SUMMARY:
Under immediate supervision, learns to perform office and field real property appraisal work for tax assessment purposes; learns to collect and verify sales information via transfer declarations and other sources; learns to research market characteristics and sales trends and apply regression and other types of analysis to determine whether property values have changed; learns to respond to property owner inquiries, complaints and appeals; and performs other related duties as assigned.
