Real Estate Manager

Overview

Shell Canada is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join its team in Calgary. The Real Estate Manager leads the delivery of Shell Canada’s retail real estate strategy, ensuring governance, operational excellence, and long-term growth of the retail network. This role oversees all real estate activities, including acquisitions, leases, renewals, dispositions, expropriations, and property management, while managing internal and external partners such as Legal, Real Estate, and external real estate partners. The role manages a team of Property Managers and Paralegals to ensure portfolio stewardship, document handling, compliance, and execution across more than 500 sites in Canada. This role shapes the Mobility Network Real Estate strategy and serves as Shell’s primary contact for the Real Estate Partner commercial brokerage teams in Houston, Toronto, and across Canada.
