Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary owner for updating all lease information within the lease administration system after full execution.

Reviews executed leases, renewals, amendments, assignments, and formal notices to accurately extract, verify, and interpret key data points such as terms, options, rent schedules, escalations, CAM details, and critical dates.

Ensures timely and accurate data entry in accordance with established service-level expectations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
