Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual with a solid background in plant sciences to support crop R&D projects and the analysis of production data. The successful candidate will participate in monitoring field trials, analyzing data on irrigation, nutrition, yield, and quality, and drafting scientific reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement of cultivation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in plant science, agronomy, plant biology, biotechnology, horticulture, or a related field; a master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant physiology, mineral nutrition, irrigation, growing climate, and controlled‑workplace production.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor crop R&D projects, including drafting experimental protocols.
