Overview You are an engineer/technologist with leadership experience in a fast‑paced, complex manufacturing operation. You have a proven track record and a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement. Accountable identifying and implementing improvements in process equipment throughput, quality, safety and efficiency
Working closely with operational personnel to understand problems, perform troubleshooting and develop solutions together
Use strong continuous improvement skills to enhance system reliability and identify/implement productivity and cost improvements including new technologies.
