Job Description

In this role, you'll report directly to the Manager of IT Operations. Your responsibilities will include critical planning and support of NAC’s IT systems, providing user training, and handling tier 1/2 support. You'll also conduct installations of audio, visual, and learning systems, ensuring that all necessary E-Classroom technologies are functioning flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in IT system planning and analysis

• Diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration
