Radiography Assistant

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Radiology NHS Fife. We are looking to appoint two Radiography Assistants to join our existing friendly team on a full‑time and part‑time basis. Radiology NHS Fife provides radiography services across five sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and Mammographers, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients undergoing various radiology procedures.
• Work across different modalities within the department including Ultrasound, CT, Breast service and the General department.
• Conduct cannulation and record vital signs – an essential part of the role.
• Operate within the Radiology Information System (training will be provided).
• Work flexible hours, including extended days, weekends, and public holiday rotas.
• Travel efficiently between various work locations within NHS Fife to meet service requirements. ...
