True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for an energetic people leader and fast-paced operations expert to join our team as a Quick Service Manager at Canada Life Centre.

The Quick Service Manager leads day-to-day concession operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service, food preparation, organized workstations, and strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concession supervisors, cashiers, runners, vending staff and stand staff.
• Ensure fast, efficient, and guest-focused food & beverage service throughout all concession locations.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust labor deployment based on event attendance and sales volume.
• Conduct pre-event meetings to communicate event expectations, menu features, promotions, and operational priorities.
