**Rock of Ages,** a Polycor Group company, is looking for hard-working,
positive team players to fill**General Quarry Worker**positions at
our**Barre, VT** location. This is a full-time outdoor job involving the
extraction of granite from our quarry.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate various forms of drilling equipment.
- Operate electric diamond wire saws to cut large blocks of granite
from the open pit quarry.
- Drilling holes with a pneumatic hammer drill in large granite blocks
and then using wedges/shims to break the stone into rough stock
blocks
- Occasional use of a jackhammer to drill large holes for various
purposes
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure quality work.
