Quality Technician
Job Description
Our Client, an Oilfield Services company, is looking for a Quality Technician for their Houston, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions for inspections.
+ Inspect materials, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies according to drawings and specifications
+ Communicate quality control issues and recommend changes to enhance product quality
+ Perform routine checks on red tag bins in the production areas to ensure established NCR procedures are followed.
+ Perform incoming inspection of purchased product in accordance with industry standard and AQL sampling plan
+ Assure that manufactured product meet quality control standards, engineering specifications and customer requirements
+ Participate in investigation and disposition of customer complaints, nonconforming products and returned goods
