Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts according to client specifications and internal standards.
Read, understand, and apply information contained in technical drawings: dimensions, tolerances, notes, views, material lists, and product types (pipes, plates, sheets, etc.).
Verify weld compliance and determine required actions: accept, reject, or request rework.
Produce and complete quality documentation, including inspection reports, certificates of conformity, and welding reports as required.
Use advanced metrology equipment, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and measuring arms.
Interpret and apply geometric tolerances (GD&T).
Ensure instruments are valid, calibrated, and properly tracked, and maintain associated records.
Support production teams by clarifying quality requirements to meet deadlines and client expectations.
