Roles & Responsibilities

Test Automation Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the test automation strategy across Finance and Risk portfolios.
• Establish automation standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with enterprise QE objectives.
• Drive shift-left testing and continuous testing adoption across Agile and DevOps teams.
• Create automation roadmaps to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

Automation Framework Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for: API Testing, UI Testing, ETL/Data Validation Testing, Regression Testing, Batch and Mainframe Testing
• Ensure frameworks are reusable, maintainable, and integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

Finance & Risk Domain Quality Assurance

• Lead automation initiatives for: Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Risk Management Systems, Basel and Capital Reporting...
