Quality Engineer III - SMT & Continuous Improvement Lead

Benchmark is seeking a talented Quality Engineer III to join our Tijuana, Baja California team. This role involves leading quality improvements, managing customer complaints, and supporting new product initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in SMT processes, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred candidates will possess experience with IPC-A610, problem-solving methodologies, and relevant software tools.
