Quality Engineer

**Position Summary**
Coordinate activities for product approval based on PPAP elements against the client's specific requirements and product quality assurance.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure reviews of process documents against the process/product characteristics reflected in the drawing.
- Participation in activities and projects for cost reduction and continuous improvement such as Kaizen and HPT's.
- Update procedures that ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
- Assurance of specific customer requirements in the development process and/or transfers of new products.
- Internal audits of quality systems.
- Promote an HPT work culture through participation in accordance with their role.
- Coordinate internal and external PPAP activities.
- Validations of new molds and/or transfers.
- Monitoring of internal systems such as Oracle, Scrap, OES, and Milestone
