Duties include to provide technical support and knowledge of all quality-related activities to Inspectors of Custom area. This includes but is not limited to Quality System, Quality Engineering functions and Inspection activities. Supervises the daily Inspection output and ensures compliance with area metrics and participates in continuous improvement activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Supervises the group of inspection leaders, manages their workloads, establishes their goals, and ensures their compliance. -Takes responsibility for the results of its inspection lines and stays aware of the factors that threaten compliance with delivery goals in the short and long term. -Ensures compliance with inspection goals, based on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. -Ensures inspectors have the tools and training necessary to do their jobs. -Establishes the two-way communication channel to transmit priorities receive feedback. -Take the necessary action...
