Quality Control Supervisor - Aggregates

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead quality control activities to ensure aggregates meet internal standards and customer specifications
+ Oversee sampling, testing, and documentation to support consistent product quality
+ Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across quality and production teams
+ Partner with operations to identify quality trends and drive corrective actions
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Demonstrated ability to lead quality control processes in an industrial or mining environment
+ Strong understanding of aggregate testing methods, specifications, and quality systems
