Quality Control Manager (Camshaft)

Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. is hiring for a Quality Control Manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Control, the Quality Control Manager plans, organizes, and directs Quality Control Associates in all aspects of quality responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the needs of the department and customers through monitoring results tracked in the business plan.
• Reporting quality results.
• Creating business plans that link to company objectives and communicating to all Quality Associates.
• Monitoring customer and supplier scorecards.
• Initiating improvements that support the business plan and effective countermeasures.
• Investigating quality issues in all production areas and customer claims.
• Coordinating with other departments when manufacturing new parts.
